Bookings made on the Flexible Rate may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival (local property time). Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, no-shows, or early departures will incur a charge equal to the full stay.

Bookings made on the Non-Refundable Rate are fully prepaid and cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded. If you cancel, fail to arrive or shorten your stay, the full booking amount will be forfeited.
